Before adhering the white cardstock to the striped patterned paper 

I used some paint and heavy body gel mixed together and applied through a stencil to add texture behind the clouds using papers from the paper pad

Then I started adhering everything down and adding my photo with layers of patterned paper behind it and a cute little heart clip

Then it was time to add some of those beautiful sprinkles to the balloon and on the page
