here is another crafty creation Ive done using the wonderful chippy from Scrap FX

how i created the background

i applied 2 coats of gesso to the plaque sprayed watered down paint mango and hot pink

onto the gesso covered plaque then waited for it to dry and flicked black paint with a paint brush and added a black border around the edge and painted the chippys black

i added orange patterned paper behind the butterfly

then i added all the flowers , rhinestones, pearls and painted chippys
