Hi everyone,
Anita here with you today sharing a few little basic tips
to have some fun with the colour paste

Here is my video

And here is what I created using the tag I stenciled in the video with
The Sunshine colour paste the chipboard butterfly was embossed with
Colour embossing powder Rose Petal

When dry you can use your dies and die cut shapes out
As you can see behind my butterfly I die cut a frame

And here is other tag I done in the video
I put colour paste Rose Petal and then covered it in glitter before it dried
And for all those people who don't like to use glitter because it falls off
Guess what it doesn't how awesome is that!!

I used the colour embossing powder sunshine on my 2crafty chipboard
And here is a close up of that shimmer
Added some rhinestones to bling it up then with the flower I sprayed it with
Colour shimmer spray Rose petal

Here is a sample of the tags I used look how beautiful and shimmering
They are

And adding the glitter only made it shine more

Hi
Today I'm sharing my take on this months Scrap the girls challenge
This month we have a awesome sketch

Here is my take on this months challenge

I started of with the background patterned paper from cratepaper
That I've used with my border around my layout
And I waned to add those colours on my layout
So I pulled out some papers with the same colours and some fabulous colour blast products to match the colours I had chosen

For my mixedmedia stenciling I mixed gesso and colour blast love colour spray together
To make this lovely pastel pink . I also used gesso to paint my chipboard white and then inked the edges with a ink pad

I used colour blast embossing powder Apple of my eye and sunshine to emboss
Some stamped leaves using a Kaisercraft stamp set and
Some gold foiled Doiles from some Kaisercraft paper

Added some handmade flowers along with a sticker title and some mini sticker stars
And a few cratepaper papers for my photo layers

Hi ...
sharing my second post for this month for colour Blast
With this layout I wanted to use some of the color shimmer sprays with the colour paste
using purple and yellow colour tones and a touch of pink
I started with a simple design idea in mind going across the page

Starting with the colour paste first with a stencil
Picking random spots down across the page

Here is my process video

I hope you enjoyed my video
I really how sublime the the sunshine colour shimmer spray giving it that beautiful
Light yellow tone across the page

With the brighter tone of the sunshine colour paste
It looks amazing in real life.
I also used some of the butterflies leftover from my last layout that I embossed
With the sunshine embossing powder
And that added touch of pink on the chipboard heart corner
using the lovely rose petal embossing powder for that extra touch of colour

My photo was the inspiration for the colours
A beautiful vine growing in our garden

And I thought I would share how I made my flowers shimmer
and here is a little flower tutorial using the Colour mica powder

Here are the Colour Blast Products I've used

Colour Mica Powder - Wisteria
Colour Mica Powder - Lemon Zing
Colour Embossing Powder -Rose Petal

Hi ,
I'm super excited to be sharing my first project Colour Blast
So today my layout is featuring embossing powder and Colour spray .
Lots of bright colours!!

So for my layout I wanted to get that watercolour look
blending bubblegum and saffron together
(Tip ...watercolour paper is best to get this look)
As it won't buckle like normal cardstock and you can really get that colour moving around
I'm so loving those 2 colours blended together!!

Here is my process video

I hope you enjoyed my process video

Another thing  I come across that I've mentioned in my video
while playing and testing the embossing powders I found out that !
(Tip....Kraft chipboard if not painted white or embossed white first is a really dark colour )
How awesome is that 2 colour tones!!

I also used the Apple of my eye embossing powder
on the little hearts and the stamped leaves
and you can see the difference between both
one is lighter stamped on white paper then the other on the
chipboard and it did the same with the sunshine embossing powder .
So keep that in mind when using Kraft chipboard you can have 2 colour tones from one embossing powder..

So here is a close up on the heart frame embossed with rose petal..
It went a magenta pink because I only put one coat of white on my chipboard  But I'm loving the colour!!
