Hi crafty friends,
sharing today a sweet light layout using Bloom Street and Paige’s beautiful cut files ...It’s probably no surprise that I love flowers and making them along with lots of foliage , I took this photo of a rose that had popped open and totally loved how the colours of the petals went from a yellow to pink in the layers
So I was totally inspired to just pull out pretty patterned papers from the Bloom Street collection that would compliment the photo I started by cutting out the flower wreath in white cardstock and the flower from the pink and yellow watercolour patterned paper in the 12x12 Paper Pad then I cut out the leave using a green pattern paper from 12x12 Paper Pad and Paper 04 for the foliage
I adhered the flower wreath to the centre of the white cardstock and machine stitched it I then started layering and putting my flowers together and adhering them down on 2 sides of the wreath then I tucked the foliage around the flowers and started building the layers around the wreath
I then stamped on vellum with the butterfly and floral stamps in the Acrylic Stamps and heat embossed with white embossing powder to add just underneath my flowers to add a another texture along with bent up butterflies to add dimension
I then added patterned papers behind my photo layering them adding touches of pink and yellow I created a tag using one of the 2x2 papers from 2x2 Paper Pads pad for my title I used the Puffy Word Stickers at the bottom of my photo and a sticker from the Cardstock Stickers at the top of my photo
Happy crafting..
