Sweet layout
Oh she is just the sweetest little kitty ever our Luna! She loves attention,
I’ve really never had a cat that loved that much human contact our other cat Kushan likes a scratch here and their and to lay on my feet but Luna just loves to be patted and scratched and her favourite thing is to sleep on our bed...yep on my side at the end yep right where my feet go ..I think my cats might have a thing with my foot smell..I think that’s funny really because honestly who wants to smell feet lol...
Well anyway here is a layout I created using Crate Paper products and a free cut file from Ashley Horton pop on over to her blog and check it out it’s absolutely fabulous
I guess on my layouts I tend to cluster everything in the centre but not to layered that it’s too bunched up
And I really like to add 3 main elements that are the same and I try to stick to a Colour palette , but I think I really just love pink and combinations with pink
Started with a pink patterned paper and matting on my white card stock on it and machine stitching around the border and then I decided on the pattern paper for the starry skies cut.
I only wanted to use one string of stars more or less in the centre of the layout with my title in between the stars
After cutting it out I flipped the 2 stars that cut out in the centre and popped them up with double sided foam tape so it showed the other side of the patterned paper then I gathered a few patterned papers and added them behind my photo along with a tag from the ephemera pack tucking it all just underneath the edge of the cut file cut
Then to finish it off I added some of the palm leaves from the foam thickers , chipboard and a few flicks of black gesso and some punched stars scattered with the gesso droplets..
Here are some close ups of my layout
