I wanted that dark blue to pop but only using a small amount on the layout 

And with lots of pink I die cut hearts in 4 different sizes and layered them on top of each other and added a machine stitched line down the centre so I could bend them up for dimension and I added them in 3 spots on my layout 

Then using a leaf die I die cut a few of light green and the other in multiple colours and started tucking them around the hearts till I had lots of little clusters then using my mini flower punch I add little yellow flowers around the clusters with rhinestone centres , a few butterflies using a punch and a few bows using a mini bow die and a few little blue flowers from Prima to bring in some of that beautiful blue colour 

Then I matted my photo on pattered papers and layered a few behind then using a border punch I then added a fringed layer of crepe paper behind the punch border and tucked it underneath my photo and a doily cut in half 

And to finish of my layout with a little tag tucked into my photo layers and a few little bits along with my title
