your one awesome dad - layout
i was totally unsure when i started this layout i had a picture in my mind of what i wanted it to look like but as you all know that don't always happen .. but here is my take on this months artistic challenge
so how kool is this art inspiration this month at artastic challenge blog
So this month you have a choice ...
1. You
may use the tutorial and do a mixed media layout along the lines of the
one Helene has produced. You can make this as detailed as you like or
merely take parts of it what Helene has shown you (using mist, ink,
acrylic paint, gesso, modeling paste etc) in any way on the
background.
2. You may use the oil on canvas painting by C.O. Hultén to inspire you (think diamond shapes, grey, blue and peach tones or night-time things).
or
3. You can combine them both and see where this takes you.
the photo is of my dad when he was young ...
i think maybe i went a little crazy with the gesso and mist's and i used paint
lol well i think it turned out ok..
