this layout is of my beautiful daughter Melissa who is looking forward to Christmas eve as it is her 15th birthday up wow a big 15 makes me feel a little old lol!! but she is a good girl and we are so very proud of her ...

  for my technique Ive made a rolled flower

you start with a double page out of an old book

then you paint both sides of the pages each a different colour 

you then cut 2 long strips long ways

 then scrunch them up

grab a spare bit of paper and put a bit of glue in a circle  and start winding it around in a circle

when you come to the end of the first bit of scrunched bit of paper tuck the end of it under 

start a new bit by tucking it underneath 

then when you come to the end of the second bit of paper tuck it underneath and it should look like this

 then leave it to dry and after the glue has dried you can cut around it

then its ready to be used on a layout or a card...
